Chris brings to the Central Florida business community 17 years of programmatic and business development experience focused on industry and professional development training. He started his career at UCF's Executive Development Center in the College of Business, and continued to build on his management and business relationship strengths at SCCorporate College, where he guided the Business and Industry Support Center as well as other Continuing Education programs. Chris joined UCF's Division of Continuing Education in 2003 and, through strategic partnerships and consultative relationships, has developed and expanded the areas of management/supervision, leadership, sales, marketing and organizational-based training. As part of his primary focus, Chris is responsible for the implementation of customized and corporate training programs designed specifically to meet a business' organizational needs and goals. He is also responsible for directing the following programs: UCF's Call Center Academy, the ROPES Challenge Course, UCF-Test Prep, Effective Management Training Series, Train-the-Trainer Series and the division's insurance training programs. With nearly ten years of sales, customer service and training experience, Mark designs and facilitates training programs and workshops as well as provides consultation services for business clientele throughout Central Florida and the US. Mark is a high-energy, captivating and successful trainer whose true passion is in employee development.

Ronald A. Weber has trained many professionals in Sales Management, Customer Service, Internet Marketing, Retail Management, Public Relations and Marketing Management. His enthusiastic and participatory style of training makes his sessions fun and engaging. Ron enjoys facilitating groups in other popular topics to include leadership, presentation skills, stress management, diversity, communication, negotiation, time management, managing change, as well as supervisory skills. Clients include United Distillers and Vintners North America (Miami), Creative Alliance (Connecticut), CNA Insurance, Darden Restaurants, Harcourt Brace, McGraw-Hill, and Lockheed Martin.
He is the former President of I.T.S. Guest Services of Orlando. His responsibilities included corporate level strategic planning, tactical promotional campaigns, and sales training.
Ron has a Masters Degree in Marketing from Webster University and Bachelor of Science Degree from Missouri State University. Ron is also certified in AchieveGlobal, DDI and Zig Ziglar products. |
