WARNING:
A Texas non-resident adjuster license will NOT allow a Florida resident to obtain the Florida resident adjuster license by reciprocity! A number of Florida residents have taken a Texas pre-licensing course under the mistaken impression that the Texas course will allow a Florida resident to obtain the Florida All Lines License. It does not!

The University of Central Florida and Florida Insurance University have partnered to provide the most comprehensive and up-to-date online courses for adjuster continuing education compliance. The courses have been created in 2 & 4 hour time blocks, which build upon themselves to provide the 24 hours of required continuing education (10 courses). Registrants may review the material on their own schedule. This online material will prepare you for the section-course online quizzes.
Continuing Education courses are available online by individual course, or save money by signing up for the 24-hour package. Access is granted for a period of 30 days for individual courses or one year for the package of 10 courses.
The 2-hour individual courses are $49 each and the 4-hour courses are $98 each. A block-rate tuition is available which allows you to register for all 24 hours for a one time fee of $296.40, a 49% savings over individual class tuition.
Three Year No Repeat Rule:
FLDFS rules prohibit receiving CE credit for the same course taken a second time within 36 months. Courses may be in the same subject area as long as each course had a different Course ID number.
PLEASE DO NOT repeat any course within 36 months of first taking that course.
Adjuster Continuing Education Compliance
FS 626.869 requires that all Florida adjusters complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including two hours of ethics, 10 hours of law, and 12 hours of optional classes. Our courses meet these requirements.

These are not pre-licensing courses. If you do not have an adjuster license in Florida, please do not register for Adjuster Continuing Education.
Customized and Contracted CE Courses
Continuing Education courses are also available in a classroom
format for companies that would like to arrange training either
on-site or at UCF. Property and Casualty Continuing Education courses
are customized to your company's needs. CE courses may be designed
to satisfy all 24 hours required or any part thereof.
For organizations interested in having these courses taught on-site,
or wanting to arrange a group training program, please contact UCF
at conted@mail.ucf.edu
or 407-882-0260.
