Many conference attendees influence institutional purchasing decisions, and we want to help you connect with them! An exhibit area will be located within the central traffic flow of the conference. All breaks will be served in the exhibit area as a means of encouraging foot traffic.
- 1 table for 2 days $500.00
- 1 table for 1 day $300.00
Exhibitors will receive one 3’ x 5’ table with cloth covering. No additional supplies or support is available from the hotel, so exhibitors will need to bring their own marketing materials, extension cords, computers, etc. Table arrangement is on a first-reserved, prime placing basis. Exhibit area will be secured at night. A listing of exhibitors will appear on this web page as space is reserved. Specific rules & regulations are in the exhibitor agreement.

Program Advertising
The conference program serves as a comprehensive guide to conference attendees, and will be distributed to all attendees and exhibitors. A special “yellow pages” resource section will group all advertising into useful reference pages for ongoing use by attendees. This is a great opportunity to be seen… and remembered!
