Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing to Continuing Education dcereg@mail.ucf.edu no later than five business days prior to beginning of the course and will be issued, minus a 25% administrative fee. Refund requests received after deadline will not be honored. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to dcereg@mail.ucf.edu. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, the University of Central Florida will retain all fees. The University of Central Florida is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
