Virtual Classroom with Live In-Person Kick-Off
Interact with your instructor and fellow classmates in virtual environments available anywhere with an internet connection. Join the kick-off session on November 9 at the NFMT Remix to meet your instructor and classmates in person (or virtually) and attend the remaining sessions virtually via Zoom.
Attend classes on Tuesday evenings, with time to study materials in between classes and over winter break on your own schedule. The final review session is scheduled for January 25.

The ProFM Credential Program is an all-in-one program that includes everything you need to broaden your facility management knowledge and skills, prove your competency, and earn the ProFM credential. This program includes reading materials, online study tools and the ProFM final assessment.

How do I attend a class?
All classes will be held virtually via Zoom with full audio and video experience. For those who can attend in person, a ProFM Course kick-off session will also be offered onsite at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL on November 9, 2021 before the NFMT Remix conference that begins on November 10th.
Can I ask the instructor questions during the online sessions?
Yes. Questions are encouraged. The instructor will specify her preference between chat questions and raising hands/asking questions using their microphone.
How long is the course?
The course is about 3 months long. Students will be exposed to 20 hours of instructor-led lectures and discussions. They will have 12 months to master all materials and pass their ProFM exam, though most plan to earn their ProFM Credential soon after the course end date.
Is the ProFM final assessment included with this course?
Yes. The two-part ProFM final assessment is included in your access to the program. You can take the final assessment as many times as you need, at no extra cost to you.
Do I need to purchase the ProFM Credential Program separately?
No. The ProFM Credential Program is included with this program. There are no additional costs.
