    The multigenerational workplace is complicated by an ever-increasing complicated work environment. As work-related tasks become more complex, the need and demand for high-impact teams that perform at the highest levels is greater than ever. During this workshop led by Dr. Micheal Strawser, attendees will evaluate their own leadership style, assess their own team’s performance, and understand high-performing teams and threats to teamwork and collaborative problem solving through a generational lens.
