How to Succeed in Management Workshop   

What makes an effective manager?  They know what employees need to work effectively, stay productive and contribute to a thrilled customer experience and a harmonious workplace. How to accomplish these goals is the challenging part! It takes teamwork, communication, performance management and conflict negotiation. Sometimes, all at the same time!

The skills you’ll learn and practice are essential for creating value and can be applied in any setting - government agencies, universities, not-for-profits, corporations, small businesses, and startups. Led by Lauryn De George, EdD, MBA, this workshop gives you exposure and practice applying core management skills to successfully navigate various situations and settings, through a combination of instruction, personal-reflection and group activities, case study, and interactive classroom discussion.
