The newly designed SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management Certificate provides a foundational overview of HR practices and behaviors. Through real-world applications and scenarios, students with be introduced to fundamental HR topics:

Students can register anytime and will be granted access to the online course within 1-3 business days. The online learning system includes a mobile-friendly hub that includes an easy to navigate playlist of videos, podcasts, e-learning resources, and downloadable learning aids. Students have access to the digital hub for 12 months.
The online course consists of 15 hours of coursework including reading, listening to the recorded lectures, application activities, and online quizzes. All application activities are reviewed by an HR practitioner and individual feedback provided.
