Program Overview
Mastering Strategic Planning(MSP) addresses the reality that most strategic planning sessions, however well-intended, fail to connect emotionally to and inspire the everyday behavior of those who need it most: frontline performers. Without the potential of transitioning processes into consistent practices (habits), even the most ambitious planning efforts fade slowly into irrelevance.
Built on the principle that leaders must be accountable for their aspirational objectives, MSP strengthens self-awareness through an intense and transformative learning experience. Through highly interactive workshop activities, participants discover how to design and deliver a strategic planning session that enables, empowers, and engages frontline performers in adopting behaviors that most directly influence professional strategic results.
The course is structured to simulate a working Strategic Planning Session in real time, requiring the "Team" to communicate what matters most to successful performance execution; collaborate on practical or workable solutions; then reach consensus on the best or preferred path to achieving results. The outcome translates into employing behaviors that foster a people-centric culture, connect individuals emotionally to goals, streamline execution, and help you to achieve your most important strategic objectives.

Leaders or teams of leaders who are responsible/accountable for establishing strategic goal setting and planning, then inspiring an emotional connection to achieving those goals within an organization or team.

This workshop will be delivered in a full-day in-person session from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
