    Coach Practitioner

    The 40-hour Coach Practitioner training program teaches fundamental understanding of basic coaching techniques and skills, and how to apply these skills to work with students.

    Length: 8 weeks (40 hours)

    Modality: Fully online, asynchronous, highly trainer facilitated

    Audience: Staff/personnel who want to utilize coaching methodology in their work with students. This coaching training course is intended for higher education staff and professionals only; anyone who registers for this course will be expected to work within, and be familiar with, higher education students, processes, and standards.     Students: Digital Certificate of Completion and Digital Badge; 4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

    The 70-hour Coach Professional training program builds on the Practitioner level training, with participants required to demonstrate and apply advanced coaching techniques and skills, including group coaching and coaching students through unique issues and challenges. 

    Length: 5 weeks (30 hours)

    Modality: Fully online, asynchronous, highly trainer facilited

    Audience: Staff/personnel who want to utilize coaching methodology in their work with students.This coaching training course is intended for higher education staff and professionals only; anyone who registers for this course will be expected to work within, and be familiar with, higher education students, processes, and standards.     Modality: Fully online, asynchronous, highly trainer facilitated.

    Audience: Team leads, unit leaders, and campus leaders.This coaching training course is intended for higher education staff and professionals only; anyone who registers for this course will be expected to work within, and be familiar with, higher education students, processes, and standards.
